Nameless Catering has been feeding Indianapolis since 2013, and the food shows up when we said it would. The board does not lie. Go look at the menu.
A short list. The long list was also on time, but it was very long.

Every loading dock, back entrance, and "go around the side, there's a buzzer" in Indianapolis. Memorized. The GPS asks the van for directions.
Because it did not spend forty minutes circling a parking garage. Hot stays hot, cold stays cold, and lukewarm is not on the menu.
Chafing dishes lit, serving spoons out, napkins fanned. All done before a single person leans into the hallway and says "is lunch here yet?"
Call or text 317-344-8449 and an actual person picks up. Promptly. We genuinely do not know how to do it any other way.
Getting hungry? The menu is right there.
They arrived early, obviously.
"Honestly, I've started rising on their schedule."
